About Me

I’m Ashley—a board-certified nurse practitioner with a doctorate in women’s health, certified in functional medicine and holistic nutrition.

I’ve spent the last 20 years studying women’s health, mindfulness, herbal medicine, and stress resilience. And the longer I work with women, the more convinced I am that true wellness isn’t about perfection—it’s about the simple, daily things that actually make you feel good.

Because here’s the truth:
Spending time in nature, enjoying good food with friends, and doing what brings you joy are the real wellness "hacks."

When you stop stressing about being healthy and start focusing on feeling good, you show up better in your life and are more fully present for the people and things that matter most . . .And that’s kinda the whole point, right?

I live in Bend, Oregon with my husband, two adventurous little girls, some free-range chickens, and our beloved Volkswagen bus, Frankie.

Road trips and good food are my love languages. When I’m not seeing patients or experimenting in the kitchen, you’ll probably find me outdoors or exploring some new corner of the globe.
